MOLDED ELECTRICAL INSULATORS
Comptec makes molded epoxy resin high voltage insulators both in small quantities and large quantities. All components are custom manufactured for specific applications, either from an original Comptec design or the customer's design specifications. Our capabilities include molding shapes and incorporating molded in conductors with pressure tight seals. Our molded products are manufactured at a low tooling cost compared to compression or injection molds.

Molded resin components are produced for a variety of uses, including power transformers, furnace transformers, distribution transformers, instrument transformers, circuit breakers, switch gear, tap changers, selector switches, network protectors, generators, bus runs, custom bushings and standoff insulators.

All of our molded resin components are manufactured in accordance with a stringently controlled process that ensures the finished product will possess these properties:
